Giang Son Nguyen

Hi, I am Son — a Master’s graduate in Data Science from Nanyang Technological University, where I was fully funded by the Vingroup Scholarship Program.
I’m currently an AI research intern at Continental-NTU Corporate Lab, working with Assoc. Prof. Shang-wei Lin, Asst. Prof. Wenya Wang, and Dr. Yon Shin Teo. My research focuses on vision-language models for flowchart understanding, with broader interests in natural language processing and large language models.
Before graduate school, I worked for three years as a Data Analyst, specializing in business intelligence and applied machine learning. I hold a High Distinction Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the National Economics University, Vietnam. (strange background, I know 😅)
